Osteria Mozza’s design draws on elements of a Tuscan farmhouse with its open kitchen, gabion stone walls, timber panelling, and caramel leather furnishings. Soft, warm lighting creates an inviting setting for any occasion in our lively indoor dining room or lush alfresco terrace overlooking Orchard Road.

Nancy Silverton & Peter Birks

Nancy Silverton
A famed restaurateur, baker, and celebrated TV chef personality, Nancy Silverton is renowned for popularising sourdough and artisan breads in the United States. Described as the “goddess of the delicious” and “one of Los Angeles’ greatest culinary minds”, her achievements include authoring eleven cookbooks and receiving the James Beard Foundation’s Outstanding Chef Award in 2014. She was also featured in her own episode of Netflix’s acclaimed docu-series Chef’s Table.

Peter Birks
Osteria Mozza Singapore is helmed by Executive Chef Peter Birks, who has worked with Silverton previously in his more than two decades of culinary experience. He has successfully launched and nurtured award-winning dining destinations across Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the United States.
