Hailing from the vineyards of Europe’s highest volcano is Tenuta Tascante—an expression of Mount Etna’s rich terroir, with soil composed of different lava flows and a high level of yearly rainfall. Pair Tascante’s Etna Bianco, Rosato and Rosso labels with bites of Mozza’s fresh Crudo, plates of handmade Corzetti Stampati pasta, and more, in a 5-Course Wine Dinner Menu curated by Executive Chef Peter Birks.
The evening is hosted by Keti Mazzi, Founder and Managing Director of Certa, an Italian food & wine company representing esteemed family wine estates such as Tascante and Argiolas.
